01Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order history. Visit counting is anonymous — a random identifier in a cookie, no cross-site tracking.

What we do with it. We use your data only to fulfil orders, provide receipts, and let you access your order history. We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Passwords. Stored only as salted scrypt hashes — we cannot see your password.

Cookies. One session cookie for visit statistics and your sign-in token stored in your own browser. No advertising cookies, no trackers.

Your rights. You may request a copy or complete deletion of your data at any time — see Contact.

02Terms of Service

• By placing an order you confirm the details you provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable platform fees; shipping is calculated at checkout ($9, free over $150).
• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number and receipt. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by stock or pricing errors.
• Product imagery is illustrative; minor colour variations may occur between screen and product.
• StuffWeKnow is a multi-brand retailer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Nike or Adidas.
• Abuse of the platform (fraud, resale bots, bulk fake accounts) results in account termination.

03Shipping

• Processing: orders are packed within 24 hours on business days.
• Express worldwide: 48-hour tracked delivery to most regions.
• Cost: flat $9 per order — free on orders over $150.
• Tracking details are attached to your order in your account as soon as the parcel ships.
• Customs duties for international orders, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

04Returns & Refunds

• 30-day returns — didn't fit or changed your mind? Return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
• Items marked SOLD OUT / FINAL SALE at purchase time are exchange-only.
• Defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping and offer an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number (e.g. SWK-A1B2C3).
